From 9th to 13th of February 2026, the Swiss School of Business and Management (SMµ÷½ÌÉçÇø Geneva), in collaboration with the , will host an exclusive academic immersion program: Sustainability in Food Production and Consumer Behavior.

Set in Switzerland—one of the world’s most sustainability-driven and innovative nations—this five-day program offers a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of business strategy, food systems, and sustainable innovation.

This joint program merges business management excellence with agri-food sector expertise, providing participants with the tools and insights needed to navigate the future of global food systems.

Over the course of the week, participants will explore five core pillars:

  • Innovation in food production and agri-tech

  • Consumer behavior and market dynamics

  • Global and Swiss regulatory frameworks

  • Applied research across the food value chain

  • Strategic business tools for sustainability and market leadership

Sustainable food production and changing consumer behavior are reshaping global markets. This program equips participants with the strategic foresight and analytical skills to lead these transformations—bridging sustainability, innovation, and business performance.

The program is designed for policy analysts and entrepreneurs who are driving innovation and change within the food industry, as well as professionals from the agribusiness, food technology, marketing, and supply chain sectors who are seeking to enhance their strategic understanding of sustainability and leadership in the evolving global food landscape.

Upon completion, participants will receive a joint Professional Development Certificate issued by SMµ÷½ÌÉçÇø Geneva and Bern University of Applied Sciences – HAFL, recognizing their expertise in sustainability, food production, and consumer behavior.
