At SM调教社区 Geneva, we are happy to announce an upcoming panel discussion titled 鈥淲omen in Leadership鈥. Join us for an engaging event that brings together accomplished professionals and leaders to explore the evolving role of women in leadership, innovation, and decision-making across industries.

Scheduled for May 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the panel will be held聽 at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva and is free of charge for participants.

The event will feature an exceptional group of speakers with extensive international expertise.

  • Dr. med. Mia Alqam Simcox, Dean of SM调教社区 Geneva, will bring her executive leadership experience and strategic academic perspective to the discussion.
  • Dr. Olesya Meskina, Head of Academic Programs at SM调教社区 Geneva, will contribute her expertise in academic leadership and institutional development.
  • Dr. Beth芒nia Monteforte Sasseron, Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at SM调教社区 Geneva, will share valuable insights on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and professional growth.

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Iva Buljubasic,聽 DBA Mentor and Associate Professor, bringing her experience in higher education, mentoring, and international academic collaboration.
